Wendy Mullen
Surgical Coordinator and Practice Manager
Wendy is surgical coordinator for Dr. Ayalon and Clinical Coordinator at the Center for Amputation Reconstruction. She was born and raised in New York City and has been working in orthopedic surgery for over 10 years. She is passionate about assisting in providing excellent patient care. In her spare time, she enjoys long-distance running, hiking, and fishing.
Sarah Brosch, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Sarah is an experienced nurse with 10 years of experience in the fields of medicine, critical care, and orthopedics. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Athletic Trainer, allowing her to provide care to individuals of all ages as well as focus on sports-related injuries and rehabilitation. Sarah is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and making a positive impact in their lives. She enjoys spending time with her kids and exploring the outdoors. She is a sports enthusiast and loves traveling to new places.
Sarah completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University, and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at NYU, while also completing Masters of Arts Health Education at Teachers College of Columbia University.

Clinical Program Manager, Center for Amputation Reconstruction at NYU
Elaine Crerar is a seasoned occupational therapist with a decade of experience in the field. Her career has been marked by a passion for improving the lives of individuals facing unique challenges. Elaine has developed a passion for caring for individuals with hand injuries and limb loss and enjoys making significant impact on their lives to enhance quality of life.
Elaine's dedication and passionhave led her to a pivotal role as the Clinical Program Manager at the Center for Amputation Reconstruction. In this position, she plays a pivotal role in orchestrating comprehensive care programs for amputees, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support, rehabilitation, and prosthetic services. Beyond her professional life, Elaine is an avid traveler finding inspiration and new perspectives in diverse cultures. She's also a certified advanced scuba diver and cherishes spending time with her family outdoors.
